By using CXingularity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Use of the CXingularity Platform
CXingularity provides a limited, revocable licence for commercial purposes including credit-risk scoring, financial analysis, and customer profiling, contingent on compliance with these terms.
3. Limitations on Use
Users are prohibited from modifying, distributing, reproducing, or reselling platform components without written approval. Violations may result in licence termination and legal consequences.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The CXingularity platform — including its templates, models, APIs, dashboards, and analytics engines — is the intellectual property of CXingularity and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The CXingularity platform is provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no accuracy or reliability guarantees.
6. Limitation of Liability
CXingularity disclaims responsibility for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use or unavailability.
7. Third-Party Links
CXingularity does not control or endorse integrated third-party services and bears no responsibility for their content or performance.
8. Restricted Countries
CXingularity will not deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
9. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only through original payment methods and require internal policy review and approval.
10. Method of Payment
We accept online payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (or any other agreed currency).
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use indicates acceptance of updates.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
